• Christmas Wreath Making – Getting creative is incredibly powerful of our mental well-being.
• Inclusive of a beautiful lunch & refreshments throughout the day.
• Mindfulness walk, some subtle movement to calm body, guided meditation & Sharing Circle to set intentions for 2025.
